Simpson Strong-Tie Releases 2021 Concrete Catalog with Updated Engineering and Design Tables, Code Listings, and a Quick Guide to Choosing Anchoring Products for Corrosive Environments

Simpson Strong-Tie, the leader in engineered building solutions, announced today the release of its 2021 Anchoring, Fastening, Restoration and Strengthening Systems for Concrete and Masonry product catalog, a comprehensive yet streamlined reference guide designed to help customers quickly identify the right products across the company’s extensive line of concrete construction solutions.

Designed for engineers, the Concrete products catalog is often used as training and reference guide, featuring load tables, updated code information and robust product pages. The product pages include product features and benefits, installation notes and diagrams, associated tools, cross-references to related products, and quick links to relevant web apps

New to the 2021 catalog are special market appendices to support the most common product applications for lightframe construction, restoration and retrofittingbridge and marine construction, and wastewater facilities. Also new are a four-page, product-by-product code compliance quick-reference sheet and a guide on how different stainless-steel grades perform in corrosive environments.

A bookmarked table of contents allows customers to download individual catalog sections or the entire catalog via the online PDF found on the Simpson Strong-Tie website. The catalog has been updated with information on new products including Titen Turbo™ screw anchors, the Titen HD® countersunk and washer-head heavy-duty screw anchors, and the crack injection family of structural epoxy products designed for a variety of concrete crack repair jobs.

A new icon system facilitates quicker reference to product categories and information, and from cover to cover the catalog has been redesigned with a new look to help users easily find and recognize the products they trust for various job applications.

“We continue to create new editions of the Concrete products catalog to include the most relevant product information for specific applications in the field,” says Ryan Kaelin, Vice President, Concrete Construction Products for Simpson Strong-Tie. “The 2021 catalog is easy to navigate and provides the information and resources our customers need to build safer and stronger.”
